ProCard is a domestic debit card, acquired and issued exclusively by ProCredit Ghana. It can be used to make transactions at any ProCredit ATM 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is a fast, simple and convenient way to have access to your money.
ProCard is available to all private ProFlex, ProSave and ProStudent account holders.
To apply for a ProCard, simply:
- Pick an application form at any of our branches
- Fill and submit it to a Client Service Officer, and your Card will be ready within seven (7) working days.
The ProCard can be used to make the following transactions:
- Cash withdrawals
- Mini statement enquiries
- Account balance enquiries
ProCard offers you a safe and convenient way to access to your money, 24-hour a day. It also enables you to print your mini statement and check your account balance.
Yes. If your ProCard is lost or stolen, or you think someone has discovered your PIN, you must inform your Branch immediately .To report a lost card, you may also call 0302-233570, 024-6954332 or 020-7113399.
