ProCredit opens Business Center | more news

ProCredit has opened its first business centre as part of efforts to provide excellent customer service and tailor made financial solutions for the small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). The new Business Center is strategically positioned to meet the growing needs of the SME's.

At the opening, the Deputy General Manager of ProCredit Raymond K. Bismarck highlighted the remarkable contribution that ProCredit SLC has made towards growing small business in Ghana during its eight years of operation in the country. He stated that ProCredit's main focus during these years has been on Micro and Agro lending. He further explained that although the company will continue lending in these areas, it will now grant an increased attention to SMEs.

Mr. George Aboagye the chief executive of GIPC and the special guest of honor for the occasion said his centre noted with admiration the gradual but impressive growth of ProCredit Ghana. He hoped that the increased attention by ProCredit to the SME's will contribute significantly to growing that sector and consequently impacting the economy.

The Business Center staff is highly trained with the capacity to satisfy the financial needs of the SME's with utmost professionalism whilst upholding confidentiality and integrity.

ProCredit SLC has over the years provided socially responsible products and services with a transparent pricing approach to the communities within which they operate.

From humble beginnings in Kokomlemle in July 2002, ProCredit Savings and Loans Company Limited now has 24 branches operating in 6 regions (Central, Greater Accra, Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Eastern and Western regions).
